Tea Tree Treasure

MOLD KILLERS

Nothing natural works for mold and mildew as well as this spray.

I've used it successfully on a moldy ceiling from a leaking roof, on a musty bureau, a musty rug, and a moldy shower curtain.

Tea tree oil is expensive, but a little goes a very long way.

Note that the smell of tea tree oil is very strong, but it will dissipate in a few days.
2 teaspoons tea tree oil

2 cups water

Combine in a spray bottle, shake to blend, and spray on problem areas.

Do not rinse.

Makes 2 cups

Preparation Time:

Under a minute

Shelf Life:

Indefinite
Storage:

Leave in the spray bottle
Mental Fatigue
Tea Tree is also an essential oil indicated for mental fatigue. It promotes blood flow to the brain and is helpful for those whose immune system is weak.

Insomnia Aromatherapy Blend

Clary Sage

10 drops Roman Chamomile
5 drops Clary Sage
5 drops Bergamot

Directions:
Blend the oils well in a clean dark-colored glass bottle.
Add 1-2 drops to a tissue and place inside your pillow to aid you in falling asleep.

If you prefer to make a diffuser blend that you enjoy during the hour before bedtime, make a blend with a ratio of 2 drops Roman Chamomile to 1 drop Clary Sage to 1 drop Bergamot and add to your diffuser.

Lavender can also help provide relaxation and drowsiness, but using more than 1-2 drops can have the opposite effect.

Cedar or Rosemary

Add a few drops of cedar or rosemary oil to cotton balls and enclose them in a pillowcase, which can then be laid among your clothes. This will help keep unwanted pests from enjoying your clothes.

Eucalyptus oil

An effective analgesic and often used to relieve muscle, nerve and jointpain. Apply a massage oil to the affected area before a warm bath, thenmassage the area again after your bath. I like a blend of Lavender and Eucalyptus for even better results. When massaging small areas like a shoulder you can double the amount of essential oils used. ex. 20-30 dropsper 1 oz. carrier oil.
